At Rojo eskarlata we want your experience to be easy, practical and of course satisfactory, the shipment of your products is a priority, for this reason we use multiple delivery methods, these are Correos de México, DHL, RedPack and USPS so that once it is done your purchase, you can have your products wherever you want.

-Delivery time for shipments in Mexico: From 5 to 10 business days depending on the location.  

🌎 FREE SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES.  Too  us  you can find on ETSY

-Delivery time for shipments to the US: From 15 to 25 business days.  

🌏 FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on purchases over $100 USD

-Delivery time for international shipments: From 15 to 45 business days.  

It is important to mention that in order to comply with deliveries on time, it is necessary that the recipient's address contain complete data.


What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the carrier is going to deliver my order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address that you indicated to us or to one of the carrier's offices.
After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and taken back to the store, once received we will refund the amount of the order minus the cost of returning the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after the period of working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please  contact via email  rojo@eskarlata.com  and we will immediately attend to your situation.

-RETURNS

Returns must be made within the first 3 business days from the delivery date. In case of return, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed, to be made the product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received in the store and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made.
